• Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

• Timeframe: Returns and exchanges must be requested within 15 days of receiving your order.

• Exclusions: Final sale items, custom or personalized designs, and gift cards are non-returnable.

 

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5 to 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note:

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

• If your return is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with your refund details.

 

3. Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We offer free exchanges within 15 days if the item is in stock. If the requested item is unavailable, we’ll issue a store credit or refund.

 

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

2. We will provide return instructions and a return shipping address.

3. Ship the item back using a trackable method.

4. Once received, we will process your refund or exchange.
